Most non starchy veg are 0PP. Check in your book/online appfor any veg that you think might be PPed e.g. Sweet potato or parsnip. Oil is PPedper 5ml and stock varies depending on type and brand/homemade, usually between 0PP and 1PP.
 
Should I count the oil / butter that I use to cook? For example, a cup of rice has 5 pp, does it include the oil /butter or not?
I always use light margarine, but because of the points, I'm trying to cook without it and it doesn't work for everything.
