I know the weight watchers chicken noodle soup is only 2 1/2 syns. Its very watery though. Your probably be better off making your own - there's loads of receipes for free soups on here. x

I love making soups, my favourite is butternut squash, even if it a pain to peel them lol. Thing is i'm going camping soon so wanted a few things to take which doesnt require a fridge or freezer to keep fresh, and just needs boiling as we have a gas camping stove to take.

Biggest problem is I hate baked beans, lol.
