Soups Help?

    I would really appreciate it if someone could give me advice about the things you can add to the soups to make them nicer.

    I know that you can add pepper but that salt is a no go.

    Is tabasco ok? and are there any other things that can be added to improve the flavour?

    hi you can have tabasco,or you could make them into crisps....see the sticky above the main threads with recipe ideas other than that theres not a lot else!!

    Youre welcome,hope you manage to do something with them,the chile one is quite nice as crisps a bit like a pappadum,they are quite salty but at least it makes you drink more water!!Only cook 1 pack a day though
