    Hi all,

Just had my first 'meal' on Exante and went for a soup. Tried making it in a jug but was lumpy, so stuck it in the blender then reheated it - much better!

Still, it didn't taste of much and a bit powdery so stuck a load of black pepper in. Wondered if we are allowed to add worcester sauce??

    Thanks alot,
    Claire x

Hi I love the soups so far I wouldn't add any sauces really just dried spices herbs are just as good best to be safe.

Hi Claire, I'm also a soup lover rather than a shake (well except the lovely hot chocolate) - I do occasionally add a couple of drops of tabasco sauce to my soups as when I did Lighter Life the counsellor said that it was fine to do this. Has never affected my weight losses but I'm not sure it's within guidelines.

    Best of luck :)

    Hi Katie,

I've just read through the booklet and tabasco, worcester, soy etc are all OK to add so i'm really pleased with that. I prefer soups to shakes too but going to try the choc one hot tonight :)
