I tend to have it from a bowl, I also like to feel like its more of a meal rather than drinking it like the shakes :)

I bought one of those 'giant' cups and saucer - its great as you can mix up in it , and if you want to use a spoon theres plenty of room...

One thing I invested in and have found found invaluable is a hand held blender. It wasn't expensive (£4.99 from a supermarket) and whizzes the soups and shakes a treat. It also fits comfortably in my 'big cup' = less washing up - Bonus! :D

I mostly do it as a cuppa soup just mixed with a spoon, occasionally blend it and have it in a bowl but not often.

i mix mine in a pan and heat on the stove feel like im making REAL soup lol
i really like the soups :D:D:D
