    What are they like?

My mum and sister hate them so I have never tried them.

I love the tomato, chilli and the veg one. Not so keen on the cheese and broccoli one.

Perhaps just get a couple next week and give them a try.

I got one of each of the soups when I first started, as I wanted to give them a try to see which ones I fancied. Just make sure you mix them up right, without the froth on the top (as that is rank!), I always put mine into a container (cup) and mix into a paste with cold water then boil a kettle leave it a few minutes and then add hot water into your cup and mix with a fork until mixed (30 secs).. also I find the veg one I have to let it stand for approx 5 mins to let the veg soak up a bit of the water...

    Enjoy..

    Love

Yep, I like chicken and mushroom and veggie soups too. Loved spicy tomato in the beginning but had too much of it. Your tastebuds will change in strange and unknown ways...

Try them anyway. My guess is though, best to give Broccoli and Cheese a miss, strangely most people don't like it (me included) It might taste nice if you can stomach the smell...

I've had 2 so far, loved the leek and potato, wasn't a fan of the broccoli and cheese.

I guess you just need to try them and find ones you like.

my take on Atkins, will do it until i'm bored then go back onto WW methods.
The vegetable, plus the leek and potato soups are my favourite.

Haven't tried the mushroom flavour [detest mushrooms so i can pretty much guarantee i'll hate it] or the brocolli & cheese [reading opinions on the other CD forum not many seem to like it ~ so i'll steer clear].

Hated the oriental chilli soup to begin with but discovered it makes great crisps!

Don't like the tomato soup ~ it was very grainy even tho i followed the instructions and mixed it into a paste with cold water, before adding the hot water... maybe i was making it wrong somehow, but i won't attempt it again.

there is a recipe in a the recipe sticky above on how to make the crisps. all u need is parchment paper really! i hav spicy tomato ones and i add chilli flakes for more flavour. u add cold water, mix to a paste and then flatten into circles on parchment paper and i micro for 1 min 850w micro. make sure u flatten the blobs of paste right down nearly as thin as paper tho as i made the mistake first time of not doing that and they were horrid!!
    good luck!
oh and u can buy parchment paper in asda!x

I haven't bothered with the soups this time round....happier with nice cold shakes during these warmer days.

When I did have them, though, I LOVED the broccoli and cheese :D and the oriental chilli - the veg and the tmato I could take or leave, the others....NO THANKS!
