stock cubes are really high in salt so should be avoided. You can have marigold boullion (sp) low salt version so may be you could try adding that instead of having it as a drink.

hi Nic, my understanding of SSing is that all other foodstuffs are out, also oxo's are quite high in salt so that won't help your water intake. Only a newbie myself, i'm sure some experts will be along shortly to help xx
Hi I can't tell you if it is ok or not but I put pepper in my soups as it really does make it taste better, however im only on week one and weigh in tomorrow so I will see and will check with my cd counseller

Pepper is fine. Garlic isn't :( Oxo cubes aren't either...even just half a cube.

Try curry powder (1g max), or a few chilli flakes :clap:
