    Can any one answer me.

I find the soup flavours not very strong, so in the veg and chicken one i crumbled half a oxo chicken cube in and it tasted lovley,

Will this have any affect on my SS??

    Thanks Nic

stock cubes are really high in salt so should be avoided. You can have marigold boullion (sp) low salt version so may be you could try adding that instead of having it as a drink.

hi Nic, my understanding of SSing is that all other foodstuffs are out, also oxo's are quite high in salt so that won't help your water intake. Only a newbie myself, i'm sure some experts will be along shortly to help xx

Pepper is fine. Garlic isn't :( Oxo cubes aren't either...even just half a cube.

Try curry powder (1g max), or a few chilli flakes
