Has anybody got any recipes for sour cream? I bought two tubs last week to be used by Friday and haven't a clue what to do with them lol

What about tortilla chips made from cheese and dipping them in?

Or as a marinade for turkey or chicken, like you would with yoghurt?

Thank you. Wasn't sure it would cook the same as cream so didn't risk it. Take it i can cook it with mushrooms as a sauce for steak or chicken etc? Will have look for the tortilla chips receipe, sounds yummy x

Yes can use sour cream like creme fraiche so should be able to cook with.
