Attack Soy Sauce?

Is soy sauce allowed in the attack/PP days? If so how much?
 
I'd avoid it altogether in attack - as it's very salty and often sweetened too. In Cruise, use sparingly (1tspn perhaps) and if you find your weight loss stalls, ease up.

I use it sporadically at the weekend, but good not to get too used to it initially else you'll miss it when you may need to remove it later!
 
Is sugar free jelly allowed on pp days or just pv? I'm having trouble finding fat free cream cheese or fromage frais -what % is acceptable??
