soya milk in tea and coffee!

I know this is possible a really silly question but are you allowed to put unsweetended soya milk in tea and coffee? I know regular milk is a no go but wasnt sure if soya was the same?

It's certainly a 'no' on sole source. Not sure whether you could have it as a skimmed milk substitute on sole source plus. I'm sure someone must know!
