SP made me revamp EE!!

Hi all, I have been following EE for over a year and love the plan.

Today is my first day of following SP for the week - so far so good, am full and eating really healthy foods.

I really think that when i go back to EE i feel that i had lost sight of some of the healthier 'principles' of EE and didn't eat that great, although it worked.

Really going to up my super free and portion out pasta and potatoes etc....

Really has made me think healthier :)

I've always portion controlled carbs anyway as its far to easy to eat loads of them. BUT, even though I'm not following SP, I'm doing EE but more focused towards the SP side of it. Concentrating on Speed foods (especially fruit ones - satsumas rather than bananas)

Yes I'm doing the same. Still on EE but have swapped grapes, bananas for satsumas, apples and melon. I'm also eating lentils, swede, instead of pasta and potatoes. I'm also limiting the amount of yogurt I eat.
