    Hi Everyone,
I am going to a Spa on Tuesday and I havent been to one before. We have got a spa day for a tenner, then I need to look at treatments.
I really want a back massage but I am a bit wary of a full body massage (incase they touch too much of my wobbly bits . Has anyone got any advice, spa-ettiquette, what is in a Spa?! what do I need to take? What do I wear? I really don't want to be self conscious in swimwear
    Thanks

Where did you get a spa day for a tenner? That's a great deal.

I had a massage when I was at my biggest. I did feel a little bit self concious to begin with but the therapist only reveals a little at a time, the rest of your body will be covered with towels.

    Have a great time!

    Help me decide!!
The last spa day I went to we wore our swimming costumes but were given robes and slippers for wandering about. I was paranoid about going but once we were all 'derobed' it was fine. In fact I found out that one of the girls who was most worried about wearing a cozy was a gorgeous size 8/10!!

I wouldn't worry about the full body massage, therapists are used to seeing bodies in all shapes and sizes! As it was said before, they work on one area at a time so your never fully exposed. If you really are uncomfortable at the thought of that though, a facial or scalp massage is a very relaxing alternative.

    Enjoy! I am v jealous!
