I add a tin of condensed chicken soup or mushroomsoup to my bolognese. Makes it yummy. I know it adds syns but not too many if you use the low fat version and it's worth it!
So, fry onion and then add mince for a minute or so. Add tinned tomatoes, soup, Worcestershire sauce, herbs, seasoning and garlic. Then when it's started to come together add some tomato purée too. Yummy!
Been trying loads of different recipes for bolognese but tonight I got it right:
1 carrot grated
1 crushed garlic clove
a shake of mixed herbs, oregano and I put chilli in too as I like a kick
absolutely gorgeous and served with syn free smash garlic bread...yummy
