Spanish chicken

One of my favourite meals ever at the min is knorr spanish chicken with salad and a jacket potatoe....
The sauce is expensive though and trying to cut back on the ready made stuff. Looked at the ingredients and feel it should be easy to do a free version but not brave enough to try cos I know it'll end up tasting like pasta sauce instead of the taste sensation that the knorr one is!
Has anyone got a tried and tested recipe?
