Hello all :) Seem to have misplaced my book, I am finding it really difficult without it, especially now I've ventured into Red days :( I'm sure it's somewhere in the house but with everyone rearranging things every few days, I can't work out what pile of things I have or haven't looked in! Does anyone have a spare book they wouldn't mind posting me? Happy to pay for P&P :) Thanks in advance!

Your best bet it just to go along to class, even if it is for only one week. That way you get the books and the consultant introduction, which really is invaluable. Even if you never go back to the class you will have a much better understanding of the plan. Added to that you will get access to the website for a week or two, during which you can jot down the syn values of your favourite foods.
