Sparking flavoured water?

Hey.
I was just wondering if anybody could let me know how many PP flavoured sparkling water is- (from tesco)
Much appreciated?

And if anyone know what intensity a work out DVD woul be for AP med or high?

According to the esource website, they would be zero points for the water! The exercise dvd would be medium intensity and generally 1 point per 10 mins.

I've converted to tesco flavored water too instead of fizzy drinks! I was drinking lots of diet coke but apparently the sweeteners in it make u crave naughty foods. It tastes really nice and I feel healthier for having it

I love their flavoured water. Theres a lot of different choices and some interesting ones too!
