Special K Bars

My mum tells me Special K bars are 3 syns each as are Alpen light bars. If 2x Alpen Light bars are 1 HEXB, does that mean I can have 2 Special K bars for one HEXB??....or even just 1?

I guess this depends on which Special K bar I'm having- currently in the cupboard and the Chewy Delight (Both milk & dark) and Mint?

Milk chewy delight are my current faves

You can have 1 of the chewy delight bars as a healthy extra but the others aren't listed I'm afraid, probably not enough fibre in them.

Oh one for a b is ok....wish it was 2 tho!! Are they also 3 syns? Gonna have to invest in a food directory I think as I don't go to class so can't use the app!!

Ahh that makes sense why you can have one for a b box instead of 2! So yummy, worth the 4.5!
