I am new to the diet, but it appears you have to syn it at 4 - 4.5 syns.

That always seems to be the problem. Everything cheaper has syns.

Not necessarily - last week the fibre plus bars were on offer and they are a HEB. Offers rotate and sometimes the things we like are and other times they are not. That's just life.
