Good evening all
Had a very enjoyable afternoon. The play starred Michael Brandon - people of a certain age might remember him in Dempsey and Makepeace.
I have taken MinnieMel's advice and burning a citrus (lemon) scented candle, to see if this does act as a deterrent to thinking about food.
It is great MM that you are there for the young family of your friend in hospital.
Feeling rather cold, planning a bath and then watch Slumdog Millionaire on tv. Two more foodpacks to go, today doesn't seem to be a hungry day like Saturday - perhaps the secret for me is to have a diversion, like going out? x
