    Serves 2 just about!
    points: 4.5 for whole pot of beans, bread points per slice.

    -1 Can beans
    -half medium onion chopped
    -spray oil
    -black pepper

    -Chop onion and place in pan, cover with spray oil (3-4 squirts)
    -fry slightly till onion turns reddish
    -add black pepper.. stir for a few seconds
    -add a dash of water.. stir for a few more seconds
    -add the beans and lower the heat
    -cook for about 3 more mins on low heat mix the beans till coated with pepper.

    eat on top of toast.

    My mum used to make this when we were kids.
