spicy sauce recipe needed for chicken

Hey peeps,

i need a low syn or syn free recipe for a nice spicy sauce to coat my chicken breast in tonight, usually i just use a bit of reggae but i fancy somthing a bit different .

I use teriyaki, garlic & chilli flakes, marinade them for a few hours or overnight then cook them in the oven
