Spicy seafood snack

Ive been in bed with flu for the last 5 days and my huz just brought me up such a lovely snack I thought I would post it.

This is what he did...

He used frylite spray in a hot wok added in some spring onion slivers then added some cooked & peeled jumbo king prawns (about 80g) and some thinly sliced squid rings (about 50g). He added in some chopped red chilli (great for a cold!!) and fried quicly for a minute or two till the squid was tender. He then added in a couple of teaspoons of sweet chilli sauce just to coat everything but not create a sauce.
He served it on a bed of rocket and watercress with halved cherry tomatoes.

Totally delish and only 4PPs ! He can definitely do that one again!!
 
Sounds lush what a lucky lady you are! My husband would not know how to do that lol!
