    Hi,

Does anyone know what a packet of splenda is? Is it those sachets you see in coffee shops?

I've got the granular splenda and was wondering how much of that do I use per packet?

    Thanks again all,

    Your fellow chubby

I would say 1 packet is 1 tsp but My fitness pal says 1 packet is 2 tsp. Sorry not very helpful!

You always get quite a bit in a packet, I would say 2tsps. I only use it in places where the coffee is bitter and never need a full packet. In normal (nescafe) I don't need any sugar so the difference of using half a pack and a full must be equivelent to 2 tsps per packet.

I find Splenda is expensive compared to other sweetners... I have Canderel which I've been using for all my recipes.
