I have been exercising moderately (4/5 times a week) over the last 8 months and over the last 3 weeks or so ive started running. However sometimes it is hard to fit it all in...in terms of calories burnt and in relation to weight loss DOES spliting say 30 minutes of running a day to say a 15 min run in morning and 15 min run in the evening any less beneficial than doing it all at once?
