Splitting portion sizes

    Hi all. I'm new to SW and need some help on the healthy extra side of things. If I am on a green day for example and I choose 6 wholegrain crispbreads and a soup as my b choices... But also fancy some nimble bread, is it allowed to just have 3 crispbreads, ie half a portion and then have half a portion of bread?

    Also, what would I be allowed to spread on bread/ toast. Are any spreads like flora extra light acceptable? Thanks x
