Spud U Like Help

Hi there, can anyone help me with the syn value of a Spud u Like potato with cottage cheese and chives?? Thank you

I've always hated that SW website doesn't have any info on Spud u Like.
The Jacket Potato would be free.
If it's low fat cottage cheese then it would be free.
If it was full fat cottage cheese then 100g would be 1 syn.
The chives would also be free.

The only thing you would have to syn would probably be butter if you had it!

I might go there tomorrow and ask about the cottage cheese and if it is low fat. I always have beans so it would make a nice change!

Been into Spud u like today and i asked about the Cottage Cheese. It is low fat, so it would be syn free!
Had one for lunch, was very nice

I had put down 3 syns for it too!! I'm not a big fan of baked potatoes with baked beans so at least I know I have another option .
