SS and acomplia

I was refered to cd by the weight specialist team who also put me on acomplia. I wondered if anyone else is also taking them, and do you think it effects ss as i seem to feel hungary alot of the time.

Personally i feel you shouldnt be taking slimming pills with cd and you need to discuss this with you cdc to get medical advice.

My gp refuses to give any advice as he strongly disagrees with cd, but only allowed me to do it as it was a refer from the consultant at the hospital who also gave me the tablet. My cdc isn't very knowledge about most things, and just said to speak to the doctor. I'm not due to go back to see the consultant till the start of July, so I just wondered if anyone knew anything about it!

So does your consultant know you are doing CD??

Can't find acomplia in our list of medications .... but would agree with Jules that you shouldn't be doing CD and on slimming tablets.

Maybe best to get your CDC or you to ring Cambridge and ask to speak to the medical people there. Phone - 01536 403344

They both know, but the consulatant wasn't actualy sure i was going to so ss. I didn't know about the helpline so thank vv much. Just rang but closed, so I'll ring in the morning! thank you
