Why don't you try success express as this is exactly what its designed for? just an idea, that way you aren't missing out on fibre, protein etc.

or
Rely on red days, there are lots of speed items.... cod, chicken and of course quorn. make sure you use your healthy extras - choose speed options.... should be fine!

Sucess Express you should still have 5-15 syns per day please read your booklet
you must have 3 meals 2/3rds super free 1/3 free on green or original (you can have both together like extra easy)
1or 2 As 2 bs from either green original can be used for meals in balance
snacks superfree only of HE's

if you need a kickstart ask your consultant for the fastforward diet - it's a slimming world plan but kept quiet as it's like being in a straight jacket. you have units to use (slightly like WW) and a controlled menu with which to spend your points! when i did it i had to text my consultant with my menu choices for the day. i did it twice and lost 5lbs both times

makes you appreciate the freedom of free foods!!

fast forward is for extreme cases and success express will be the tool from January so I guess you consultant will point you in that direction before FF

Yes I think it is - I had a list somewhere I made but it would include a lot of quorn & stirfrys!

Well may be I'll try just superfree and speed. There is meat on red day speed foods. And loads of fish. Deffo gonna try this i think. Superfree, speed foods, HExs and 5 -10 syns a day. Heathy syns. See what happends next week. Can't do me any harm can it?

I think 'healthy' syns is a way to go! Worth a try :)
