SS+ Chicken question

Hi all
I was wondering on SS+ can the chicken be in dry spices. For example chicken pieces that are in chicken tikka from the chiller in Tesco. Or does it have to be plain? I am seeing CDC tomorrow so will ask but would still like to know as starting SS+ tomorrow and may have to get some before the shop closes.

I use chicken breasts and sprinkle my own herbs and spices on it, that way I know what I'm eating xx

I had a look at the chicken tikka covered chicken pieces in the co-op with the same question in mind and there was a lot of sugar in the tikka bit, so it is probably better to do it yourself xx

i only use plain skinless chicken breast and add my own too xx

what are the limits with spices etc?? I use jerk seasoning/barbeque seasoning (which is mostly spices etc) but i am not sure if that may be the reason my Weight loss has been a bit slower in the past 2 weeks?? i did toy with using olde el paso fajita mix too, what do u think??
