Hey Everyone
Day one of SS today.
Breakfast- made up 1/2 choc mint shake.
Lunch- 1/2 Penut Bar
3pm- 1/2 penut bar
6pm- choc tetra
9pm- other 1/2 choc mint shake

As im working a late today i have decided to break up the 3 meals into 6 so it feels like im having more. lol.
No time for exercise today, but will make up for it 2moro.

Im looking forward to booking my hol on tues & shop for a bikini to hang in my room for motivation! :D

hey kelly i got roughly same amount of weight to loose as you we can do this!! ive got a diary aswell i write it everyday and find it really helps even if i just ramble to myself lol. good luck hunny :)
