i am presuming you mean for the 1/3 plate suggestion so here is what is in the book
aubergine, beetroot, broccoli, butternut squash, cabbage, carrots, cauliflower, courgettes, cucumber, french green and runner beans, leeks onions and shallots, lettuce, mushrooms, peppers, swede and turnip, tomaotoes including passata.
You can also have eggs, vlf dairy - quark, vlf cottage cheese fromage frais and yoghurt.
Quorn tofu and tvp.
Fruit - apples, apricots nectarines and peaches,bananas, blackberries and blackcurrants, blueberries, cherries, grapefruit, grapes, kiwi fruit, lemons and limes, mango, melon all except watermelon, oranges, pears, pineapple, plums, raspberries and strawberries, redcurrants, watermelon - not sure why book says not earlier!
