Just wondering if it allowable to have WW ready meals for the 200 calorie meal ?
 
low cal stuff tends to be quite high in carbs and so will knock you out of ketosis so nope Im afraid not

ahhh right thanks, only on day 2 so not in it yet, but waiting for CDC to email list of foods to eat, just that the WW meals just finish my day off nicely lol
 
would I still lose weight tho by having one and 3 shakes ?
 
120g chicken/turkey breast without skin
190g cod, haddock or other white fish
2 eggs
250g steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water)
225 cottage cheese (reduced fat)

two tablespoons of
green salad leaves eg rocket, lamb's lettuce, watercress, raddiccio, littlegem/romaine lettuces
celery, cucumber or red radishes
courgettes or marrow
brocolli or cauliflower or any cabbage, even pickled
spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops
asparagus, fennel or celeriac
chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage

Iv copyed that from another thread so theres prob more as well but you can still knock up something nice , best of luck x
 
Ahh thanks for that, I'll start putting together some meal ideas. better not get to next week and be the same weight she will kill me lol
 
lol you wont be hun you will be amzed how it drops off , drink plenty water it realy helps x
 
yes am drinking around 3-4 litres a day , be floating soon haha
