has anyone got any tips on preventing an omelette from sticking to the pan without the use of oil/butter? Xx

hey , you are not meant to use fry light , but I tried it and to be honest its doesnt work anyway , I normally just use a non stick pan and a little water ... it does stick , but it does with fry light , i just scrape it off :)

I put a little bit of balsamic vinegar in the pan - it works really well and gives it a lovely flavour too
