SS+ Omelette?

has anyone got any tips on preventing an omelette from sticking to the pan without the use of oil/butter? Xx

ive got some fry light, just wasn't sure if i could use that on SS+?

hey , you are not meant to use fry light , but I tried it and to be honest its doesnt work anyway , I normally just use a non stick pan and a little water ... it does stick , but it does with fry light , i just scrape it off

iv got a tefal little pan and it never ever sticks, its fab! maybe invest in one of those, i highky recommend it

I put a little bit of balsamic vinegar in the pan - it works really well and gives it a lovely flavour too

oo setas , I love balsamic vinegar and normally put it on my omlette anyway so may try that when I am back on 810 thanks
