    Hello,

I am 8st 9lbs and I want to lose a stone (I'm very short, so it's not too low a weight).

The reason I want to do CD is because I need a bit of a break from food; I was ill for a month or two, craving junk and gained weight. I kind of need to reset myself.

I'm wondering, since I'm not very overweight, will 810 be that effective or would I lose weight very slowly? Would it be a waste of money?

    Thanks for any help.

What is your height or BMI?
To do SS or SS+ you need to be at least a stone over BMi 25.
You still lose good weight with 810, i`m on it with just over a stone to lose.

Yep, Buffydog's right, you shouldn't do sole source or sole source plus at your current BMI.

The losses on 810 are still pretty good. That's still quite a low calorie diet compared to say what you'd be eating on WW or SW.

    Good luck! :D :D

    Hi

If your bmi on your stat chart is correct at 24, then you wouldn't be allowed to do SS. I'm not sure if you would have to do SS+ or 810 at the minimum but I'm sure a CDC or a more experienced CD'er will be along to tell you for sure :)

Good luck with whichever you decide.
