I am 8st 9lbs and I want to lose a stone (I'm very short, so it's not too low a weight).
The reason I want to do CD is because I need a bit of a break from food; I was ill for a month or two, craving junk and gained weight. I kind of need to reset myself.
I'm wondering, since I'm not very overweight, will 810 be that effective or would I lose weight very slowly? Would it be a waste of money?
