ss or ss+ weight loss difference?

can anyone tell me if theres a noticeable difference to losses if you do ss instead of ss+? thinking of easing myself back into diet with small protein meal! maybe not, has anyone moved up and seen a noticeable difference? thanks x

No, there's no noticeable weight loss difference between SS and SS+

I tell my clients to do SS if finances are more of an issue, but otherwise do SS+.

BTW Scientifically and all that, 810 is about 1/2lb less a week, but for many, many people for reasons unknown, it works out the same as SS in terms of weight loss.

In essence, the differences are negligible for most people. The number of extra calories you take in on SS+ is so small as to make very little difference.

thanks to all who replied x

ive moved on to SS+ and for me the losses should be pretty much the same as before i was having 4 shakes a day on SS now im only having 3 and a meal so only an extra 60ish calories a day extra to what i was having before
