ss+ questions

Hi all

Im going onto ss+ tommorow and just wanted to ask if

1) will i still go into ketotis on ss+
&
2) will the weight losses still be as good as when your on ss

I opted for ss+ cos i tried ss last year and i jst couldnt do it not eating at all

so i thought with ss+ at least i can get a little meal in evening with hubby
