Hello everyone! I'm in my second week on cd. I did ss+ my first week and lost 10lbs which is great. I'm expecting a much lower weight loss this week. I have just switched to ss only and I was just wondering... Is there much difference between the 2 for weight loss? Thanks :)
 
Hi Carol! Supposedly not! I've just moved down to SS from step 2 but plan to have the occasional SS+ like most do. My losses really slowed on step 2 so hoping for better now
 
I'm managing ok on black coffee now and I'm not really fussed about the small meal lol so I'll stick with ss for a bit. I'd love a 4lb loss this week but realistically I'm expecting 2 after losing 10 last week. I'm used to counting calories and I knew how much I would lose each week . I feel a bit like a fish out of water but having the food choice taken away makes things loads easier! No weighing measuring and counting. Just my 3 sachets and that's it. I quite fancy trying the risotto next week :)
