    Hi

Coz I am losing my hair, advised to go
onto the step 3a. I am hoping I will still
    take the 1lbs off.

Trouble is I am so hungry, I go to bed hungry, wake up hungry, think about my next meal all the time, will this pass??

On ss I was not hungry, didnt think of my next meal, sometimes did'nt realise I'd
    missed it till hours after.

I have lost 3st on ss with a little cheating on the way. But I am scared that I start to put the 1lbs back on if I start eating
    normal foods again.

    HELP!!!!

I wouldn't jump straight to 1000 becuase you will gain a bit of weight. You need to do atleast a few days of 810 to introduce some Low Carb food before you start introducing the carbs

Have you been losing alot of hair?

The best thing to do is do the 1000 plan with as little amount of carbs as possible. As it's the carbs that will make you hungry.
Hope you get on ok. Good luck. x

Hunger won't pass as long as you are out of ketosis. On 1000 plan, when followed as it should say in book, you have carbs and are no longer in ketosis.. you will be hungry on the 1000 plan...
