hi im trying to SS+ as of tomorrow to add food on week 6 then back to SS for another 6 weeks
was wondering we have to weigh our protein but not the veg wouldnt it be better to say how much veg we could have in weight instead of 2 tablespoons
also i would love ideas of what other people have eaten both meat and vegaterian variations as i dont want to get bored and only eat chicken
having chicken and lettuce tomorrow so ideas for the next 6 days would be nice
