SS+ veg and idas

    hi im trying to SS+ as of tomorrow to add food on week 6 then back to SS for another 6 weeks
    was wondering we have to weigh our protein but not the veg wouldnt it be better to say how much veg we could have in weight instead of 2 tablespoons
    also i would love ideas of what other people have eaten both meat and vegaterian variations as i dont want to get bored and only eat chicken
    having chicken and lettuce tomorrow so ideas for the next 6 days would be nice

    I always found that the chicken was dry in the salad when ever I was on AAMW, so I used to put tobasco sauce on it and the salad leaves. You'd be surprised how yummy it tastes!

    Quorn pieces or mince, with mushrooms/cauliflower/broccoli etc etc and a little curry powder.

    One of my fave is cook chicken breast in microwave, then in a wok put a little cauliflower and thinly shred a couple of brussels fry/cook them in little water add curry powder and chop and add the chicken.

    I like the look of some of these meals too. Also for take away night. Think I'll have chicken shish with salad (lettuce, cucumber and pickled cabbage). Can we have gerkins?
