    Im changing to ss+ and could someone tell me the list of stuff your allowed and any interesting recipes?

    Calorie Counting / SML / Orlistat
    120g of chicken or turkey breast without skin
    190g cod, haddock or other white fish
    250g of steamed tofu
    200g quorn
    180g tuna (in water or rinsed through)
    225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)

    And then about two table spoons of...
    Green salad leaves e.g. rocket, lettuce, watercress, raddiccio, little gem etc.
    Celery, cucumber or red radishes
    Courgettes or marrow
    Brocolli, cauliflower or any cabbage
    Spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops
    Asparagus, fennel or celeriac
    Chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage

    Recipe wise I generally would have tuna salad or chicken salad. Or I like chicken and courgettes diced up in a dry wok with spices.

    You can have fat free salad dressings too. Can also add a little stock, but only a little. No fat, oil or salt though.

    ooo that chicken and corgettes sound yumm, im on SS+ i like to bake some fish in the oven, sprinkle bit of black pepper on wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven with some spinach or cabbage, delish!!

    what spices do you add the the corgettes and chicken caroline? gonna have to go asda on me way home from work tomorrow now and get 1 ;)

    Hmm trying to remember. Chilli, paprika and... stuff!! That's all I can remember!
