120g of chicken or turkey breast without skin
190g cod, haddock or other white fish
250g of steamed tofu
200g quorn
180g tuna (in water or rinsed through)
225g cottage cheese (reduced fat)
And then about two table spoons of...
Green salad leaves e.g. rocket, lettuce, watercress, raddiccio, little gem etc.
Celery, cucumber or red radishes
Courgettes or marrow
Brocolli, cauliflower or any cabbage
Spinach, kale, turnip or taro tops
Asparagus, fennel or celeriac
Chinese leafy greens such as pak choi or chinese cabbage
Recipe wise I generally would have tuna salad or chicken salad. Or I like chicken and courgettes diced up in a dry wok with spices.
You can have fat free salad dressings too. Can also add a little stock, but only a little. No fat, oil or salt though.
