can people tell me whether they manage to lose 3lbs a week on SS+, im considering moving up the plan if its possible x

if you look at my losses on ss+ from my very 1st week,i have lost well over the average,the only difference between ss and ss+ weight wise is about 2lbs a month,it does make a big difference when you have a "meal" to look forward to ,

You should still have the same weight losses over a month on SS+. 14lb per month.

On 810 plan you lose 12lb per month average.

i am on ss+ 4 packs and 200mls skimmed milk,losses are
week 1- 11 lbs
week 2- 5 lbs
week 3- 4lbs
