Yes.....BUT..... I found as I was nearing my goal weight that the aspartame was stalling my weightloss (I used ALOT of the flavourings) so I cut it out and lost 6lbs very quickly (see the 2.2 plus 4.4 in my last weight loss). It also won't affect everyone.
However, Cambridge use the same stuff and only allow one spoon a day of it.
So - my advice would be - if it helps you get the water down - HAVE IT. If you find you're stalling and can't work out why, have a go at cutting it out for a week to see if it makes any difference. If it doesn't, then go back to it!
Personally, I'm lilmiting myself to one spoon a day now.....just in case!!!
