    Hi all

Can you settle a discussion I am having with a friend? Will St Johns Wort knock you out of ketosis?

    Thanks.

Well, I've had a good trawl across the Internet and I can't find anything that says it would.

Common sense says it wouldn't, not unless the 'filler' ingredients the manufacturers use to plump out the pill are carb heavy - and how could they be? The pills aren't that big.

I can't see any reason why the active ingredients would interfere with ketosis.

Why is your friend so convinced that it might be a problem - has he/she got some evidence? :)
