Thanks everyone for your messages.. am now into Sunday..my 2nd day of 2nd week and feel absolutely great.. I am well into ketosis and reading loads of threads on here to give me a boost
I enjoyed the "Water" thread (Sticky) and will take that on board.. I do think I need to drink more..maybe I should just park myself on the loo permanently though....
Thanks folks.. I feel as though no sooner have I had a drink than I am running upstairs again... If I go out I have to make it a morning outing and then I can delay water consumption a bit.. don't want to get caught short.....
