Stacey's food diary

Well, after much thought I've decided keeping this diary is going to be the best way of helping me stay on track this time.
So here goes :D
I'm allowed 22 points per day at the moment and I'll be adidng what I've eaten each day either that night or the next morning.


Breakfast -
30g of Kellogs crunchy nut cornflakes (2)
284mls of skimmed milk (1)

Lunch -
Asda chicken tikka and onion bhaji wrap (7)
Apple (0.5)

Dinner -
WW chicken noodle soup (0.5)
M&S smokey cajun chicken jambalaya (5.5)
1 x M&S pitta bread (2)

Snacks -
Curly wurly (2)
WW cheese nacho crisps (1)

Total = 21.5 points

Can I just add that throughout the day I'm aiming to have 6-8 glasses of water with sugar free diluting juice.
Just incase anyone thought I wasn't drinking lol.
