Staceys (mainly EE but some Red) food diary 2012

Thursdays food EE Day.

B: fibre plus bar and clementine
L: savoury rice with added (mushy ewww) cauliflower and broccoli
D: We had a stir fry coz I couldn't be arsed to do anything else! Just some egg noodles, a stirfry pack, some chick and a sharwood 132 calorie (8 syn) Thai
Sweet chilli sauce sachet thing. It was ok but a bit sticky. pic below.

Hea: milk in tea
Heb: fibre plus
Syns 4 for stirfry sachet. 9 for 2 x choc ices. Naughty!

Today's food. EE.

B: fibre plus 6 syns (slightly addicted)
L: jacket spud with philli light (Hea) 2 clementines
D: pizza toast. Heb w/m bread. Homemade Salsa as base sauce (chopped toms, jalapeño and onions, nothing exciting) mushroom, onions, tomatoes, 6 syns of cheese. Only cooking for me tonight so again CBA! no pic either. SLACK.

Syns: 12 for 2 failed hex bs and 4.5 for choc ice. I shoulda done a red or green day. Bum.
 
Saturday's food. EE day

2 x WM toast with bacon in. 2 clementines
L: none
D: chicken curry, rice and home made onion bhajis! 2 x syns per bhaji (I had 2) curry 6 syns. 10 syns on dinner. Piccy below

Today's food EE day

B: 2 x satsumas and Cadbury caramel cake bar (6.5 syns!)
L: savoury rice and courgettes / sprouts
D: HM 'fajita' burgers - basically mixed fajita powder into mince, whacked and egg in and mixed it. HEA of cheese, Actifry chips and courgettes.
Heb: none :-(

Apple for a snack
